"Just wanted to let you know i received the tree on wednesday. the same day my daughter bought 2 more trees (they came together) for us as well. well we put up the ones she bought and i was almost going to send yours back, but decided to keep it and put it up over my brother's house. he's handicapped. it was so beautiful, i almost wished i kept it for myself.

"Good morning. As President and CEO of your company you may not always get to hear what goes on lower down your company unless customers tell you. A few weeks ago I ordered a tree for my Mother (she has not had a good year) here in the UK. All of my dealings have been with Kelly, an awful lot of e-mails etc. I have been a salesman in the UK for over 25 years, I know when someone is good and Kelly has been outstanding. Even via an e-mail I can tell she takes a personal interest in ensuring things go right as we say in the UK she owns the customer and has been a wonderful ambassador for you company. Finally I will be taking the tree to my Mother next week but I did set it up in my lounge to check everything was OK, plugged in the adaptor, WOW what a great product, simply stunning, just as good as Kelly in fact!. Have a great Christmas and I will be using Great Occasions in the future.
